There were stories about some "Indian" background in our family eastern NC. I think I was finally around someone who told the story about there still being Indians in the town great and great-great grand-parents days, "friend of the family" or the southernism of calling someone endeared to the family as Aunt or Uncle (Yeah, I know, Uncle Tom, but yes that was a attempt at endearment)

So yeah, Warren caught a lot of flack for that - actually she deserved it b/c she gained a beneftit from it - but otherwise I sympathise with those perhaps wistful desire to have someone exotic in your past.

I may have to do one of those tests, ya never know, but I'm not expecting what I don't expect.
