Some fat ass will waddle their way in from their "handicap" space while popping peanut M&Ms all the way, plop down onto one of these poor, unsuspecting carts and proceed to drain the battery in 20 minutes. All the while huffing and puffing (not only from their COPD) about how everything's too high on the shelves and people who are in their way while sipping on their 64oz Dr Pepper.

South Park did a great episode on this years back during the Honey Boo Boo phase.
