...probably about 30 minutes. Shower->get dressed->brush teeth>grab food for the road.

I'm kind of weird in that I shower just about every night, yet still shower every single morning. For some reason I just can't get going in the AM if I don't start by showering. I don't often sit down and eat breakfast and instead usually take a breakfast bar with me for my commute, but I have to take daily supplemental fiber that I mix into juice, so preparing that adds a couple of minutes.

But on days that I'm in charge of getting my 5 year old ready, it can take well over an hour. Even on days when I can head straight to work, my kid usually wakes up before I walk out the door, which adds 10-15 minutes. And if I feed the dog, that adds another 5 minutes or so...she's 14 and takes several medications, one of which I have to force down her throat by hand.

I'd say on average, it takes me 40-45 minutes with a distraction or two included.
