What's your favorite white lightning flavor?

Just got a couple of jars from a friend. One is 3 y.o. homemade whiskey. Stuff is spot on! He bought a new 5 gallon oak barrel off of Amazon and tapped it a few months ago. He threw in a bottle of uncut stuff, said it was up around 162.

Thinking of flavoring the clear, so what's your go to? I've liked peach, strawberry, and apple pie it the past. Black cherry didn't do much for me. Anyone ever done blackberry?
