When I was house shopping in the area, I looked up the internet options


at each house I liked before talking to a realtor about it.

IMHO, decent internet is basically a utility these days. I am not living somewhere without internet any more than I am living somewhere without electricity or running water.

What I've got is about the minimum that will keep me from breaking things in frustration.
