6' 1"+ 215 and I'm sitting in a Miata staring at the metal top part of the


windshield. Seats all the way back etc. etc. etc.

Oh yeah, there's always some who writes in and says they fit in it fine and they're 6'5" yada, yada, yada. Bullshit. Eventually, if you work hard enough you can find that they're not recommended for over 5'10" or something like that but the car mags seem a little reticent in telling you that, perhaps not to piss off the car companies, always this vague comment about "if you have long legs" but never exactly mentioning what they mean by long legs.

There's absolutely been a shift in the demographic for car buyer that moves away from bigger taller people, women? the Asian market?

But anyway, even as someone who deserves a Miata, drove British sports cars back in the day, would be nice to have something reliable in that vein there is not one in my future.
