Never used anyone and not sure if this is much help

but the general rule is 1X your salary by 40, 3x salary by 45, and 8X salary by retirement age. Simple math if you make 100K that would be 100K, 300K, and 800K and this is all retirement so 401K, pension, whatever. Does not include house or any other assets.
