Blees actually has one more year of eligibility (2018-2019), but based on recent results, he and Lewis are unlikely to be competing at the same weight.

Mitch Moore bumped up a weight class mid-season, presumably so he can focus on wrestling rather than cutting weight. I don't have any inside info, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him drop back down to 138 pounds for the end-of-season tournaments if he can make weight. He's still a beast.
