Slowly die off. Do you understand now? If you have one that is not neutered you lose the dog and someone else can adopt it, provided it’s neutered. Down the road after some pre announced date that the breed should have died off naturally, if someone is caught with one they would lose the dog. It could also go to some certified owner but the person caught with the dog would face serieious penalties. Hopefully, there would be very few dogs down the road. The rules could be modified if someone has a better idea. All I know is the breed should be banned. I once had a half pittbull & it was a great dog. Friendly as could be but when they go off they can be very destructive. They are the predominant dog that causes horrific problems to other dogs, pets or people. There is a reason other countries have banned the breed. Unfortunately, to many idiots are atttracted to the breed for the wrong reason. If you don’t treat the dog with respect it can be very ugly. From what I’ve picking up from this conversation I’m not sure respect is your strong suit.
