Heart disease often has no symptoms, but here are some you guys should know


I am serious about this.

1. ED - The same gunk that blocks you coronary artery also blocks you downstairs. If you have ED you probably have other clogs elsewhere

2. Lower back pain - the back is insanely vascular. If you are all gummed up with plaque in the lower back vascular system, your muscles start to atrophy and you put a lot of pressure on the lower spine. Again, if you are gummed up in one area, you are likely gummed up in your coronary artery(hence a heart attack) or corroded artery(stroke).

3. The big one, which isn't surprising is agina, a sharp pain in the chest. This is a the "no duh" symptom but a lot of people who drop dead don't have this.

1 & 2 are very real.
