So they think they can fix it, but won't fix it just yet. My wife needs to call, since this problem is specific to her log-in....which is the only log-in we use (I didn't even realize it was supposed to be hers only). My name is on all the accounts, I have all the log-in credentials and other important info, but yep...no dice. But hypothetically, they think they can fix it when she calls and sits through the 10 minute wait due to high call volume.
