As fast as think I can get away with but also be safe. Neighborhoods or

areas with cars parked on the streets that's usually under the speed limit. I have been places where 25 is too fast. On the interstates, 90 or 95 percentile speed of traffic near me. That means 15 over on I270 heading to DC in the morning, on 64 west of Richmond it might mean 5 over.
