Anybody here have a salt water pool?

Considering offering on a house that has a salt water pool as part of an absolutely brilliant outdoor space. We had been focused on buying a lakefront house in a totally different neighborhood, but a house popped up in a different locale that is too awesome to ignore.

Any info on long term salty pool costs would be greatly appreciated. In-laws have a traditional chlorine pool, so I have ideas. The salt water pool we are considering is about 10 years old, so just wondering how often hardware needs replacing. My untrained eye already spotted a leak... should I run?
