Is there any enforcement of that?

When I get those calls, I set the phone down without hanging up and go on about my business. These people will continue their pitch for a minute or so. I'm a small, petty person and it brings me pleasure to know I've wasted someone's time who's disturbed my peace and quiet. By the way, my front door mat reads "Go Away."
