Blasting Mozart? Miami Beach mulls ways to control spring break

Miami Beach commissioners are considering a range of ideas for killing spring break’s buzz in South Beach, including making marijuana arrests, banning scooter rentals, limiting alcohol sales and even blasting classical music from loudspeakers.

Frankly I never thought Miami Beach was a great spring break location. Thought places like Daytona and Fort Liquordale were better locations. Miami Beach is sort of like a "urban" beach community, where there are other places a little more open...
