Lived in PCB for 7 yrs before moving. SB was nuts there in the mid 90s

Somewhere around 97 or so, the town had enough and cleaned it up literally in one year. They told MTV they weren't welcome, made alcohol on the beach illegal mid Fed to mid April and cracked down majorly on underage drinking.

I remember the mayor saying on TV "we don't want you here."
