The best way to look at diet and exercise is:


Diet controls weight/BF%, and exercise controls fitness.

Approach it with that in mind, and you'll enjoy continued success.

You can work out like a maniac to lose weight, but once you stop the weight is guaranteed to return. Change your diet, and the weight will stay off forever. (But go off diet...)
