They do not work for me. They work for a completely separate chain of


command which is a lot of the issue.

Another issue is I have a small plant with another, larger plant about 50 miles from me. I believe their bonus structure is based on margins produced and my plant just doesn't move the needle. If they could add just a bit of sales for me, my cost per unit would drop significantly but I don't think they're really interested because it doesn't move the needle for them. So I have to raise a little hell to make it happen.
