Have fun...most every public and semi-private course...


...will have a summer program. Usually pretty reasonable. One or two days a week for a couple hours, group range time and some time on the course with an instructor. I'd try that as well if she has some interest and/or aptitude. As far as the clubs go, yeah...cheap "junior" set of the appropriate length is fine. Or have yours cut down for her and spring for something you want if you need an excuse to upgrade. A complete adult set would make most of 2 junior sets (3, 5, 7, 9 irons in one, 4, 6, 8, W in another).
