I used Pack Rat for PART of one move, but it was very different from yours

In my case, we had a lot of stuff in a small house, so we brought in a Pack Rat to de-clutter and stage the house for sale, then when we moved into the new house, just had Pack Rat bring that container back 2 weeks after we moved in.

I chose them over PODS for a combination of price AND reviews. So I can say I had a positive experience with Pack Rat, but in a very not comparable situation.
