Superintendents maintain course conditions, PGA pros like Hardwick

Are Director of Golf Operations (which is Hardwick’s title at both River Course and the VT Campus course), or head club pros (John Norton is Head Golf Professional.)

Staff reports to Hardwick officially but Norton probably is in charge of most of the daily golf biz on location
