ACC to propose legislation to expand NCAA basketball tournament to 72 teams

Here is a detailed article out of Charlotte about the ACC spring meetings.

The basketball coaches don't like the idea of 4 quarters. ACC football coaches want to propose some more recruiting dead periods.

The ACC plans to closely follow what happens in the 10 states of the ACC footprint regarding legalized sports gambling.
