I would not make a good salesman

Put up signs around my immediate area this morning advertising a garage sale - clearly marked tomorrow morning. Not an hour later a woman knocks on my door and asks if I'm having the garage sale in my house. I give her the "are you stupid?" face and point out that the sign clearly said Saturday. She then proceeds to ask if my lawn furniture is for sale. Didn't even occur to me to invite her back tomorrow, ask what she's interested in, etc. because I was too dumbfounded at her stupidity. Think I'll stick to my day job.
