As a member of the Episcopal Church/fan of Michael Curry, I was delighted


that he was chosen to give the sermon. I haven't rewatched it but I recall him giving an impassioned message of love.

Different religions/priests provide their own signature to a wedding/funeral. Catholics/Episcopalians/Lutherans follow a liturgical 'script'. As an Episcopalian, the liturgy is one of the things that I love. I think it would be a missed opportunity not to encourage a couple on their wedding day how their faith can guide them through the years.
