The ACC shouldn't be concerned with what the others think
These would be compelling college basketball games in the ACC and A10 geographic footprint that would drive much regional interest. I know they would. Every time UVA plays at the Siegel Center in Richmond, it's a big deal.
This would be done to secure rotation between the A10 and ACC at the Barclays Center so that both conferences could frequently hold their tournament in New York. The agreement would basically keep the Barclays Center booked with college basketball tournaments every year between when the A10 is there and the ACC is there.
The Big East is not agreeable to this for Madison Square Garden, but the A10 probably would be for Barclays.
