Suggest the military track. He can have the government pay...


...for med school.

When I was at Pax River, we had a flight surgeon who joined the Navy to see the world. He was from Maryland, went to the Naval Academy, then to med school in Maryland, Bethesda for intern & residency, and then was assigned to the medical clinic at Pax River, MD. Hopefully he eventually escaped the state...
