Anyone have or knows anything about trigeminal neuralgia(suicide disease)?

I have it--woke up this morning with the right side of my face throbbing in pain. My neurologist keeps changing my medication, which will help for awhile, but I always end up back where we started. Thinking about changing neurologist because I don't think this one knows what to do!
