We went last month. Staying on property will get you in the park an hour

Early. Make sure you get passes for universal and islands of adventure. Half of Harry Potter is in each park. If it’s busy the single rider line will shorten the wait times considerably. Don’t wait too long for fast and furious its a disappointment. Their app is one of the best there is the wait times are very accurate. As for the hotels on property they are all nice. Some are geared towards families some towards adults.
