AAA includes a small card for key chain to "drop in any mailbox" if found.

Having a number to call for roadside service can also be handy. But I'm sure that would take a long time to get the keys delivered back to her. So better to have a backup plan in place with spare keys, etc.

If she's living on campus, the RA should be able to let her back in the room, where hopefully there's a spare set of car keys. Maybe a trusted friend has a spare too?
