Guess the cost: Just received hospital bill for my emergency appendectomy

I went in on Sat at 2 p.m., was diagnosed with acute appendicitis, had surgery at 7 p.m., stayed one night and was released at 11 a.m. on Sunday. Bill just came in (pre insurance) from the hospital, including surgeon. Not sure if it includes other docs.
