All you have to do is read Ovie's comments. Rierden is a great communicator. Trotz was great for the team and Ovie. Ovie also said Trotz was very hard on him. That is what Ovie needs. Ovie loved Adam Oates and pleaded with the Caps not to fire him. Oates let Ovie do whatever he wanted to do. Good luck with whoever they hire. This situation is absolutely ridiculous. Mitch and 1 or 2 other assistants are following Barry to the Isles by the way.
