You're exactly right. I know I'm pissed. I was going to do my first ever

backstory but had to leave for a job interview. I'm off today, posting heavily, while smoking a giant pork loin. I have no idea what I'm doing, but after a few Red Stripes, which are now on the docket, I think it will be edible.
I will say, it's too bad I wasn't applying for a chef job - I smell FABULOUS!
