Hey Beta, sorry I never saw the email come through on my end. Do you have


any idea what goes into cooking Peruvian chicken/pollo a la brasa? I'm not sure where you're located or if this is a big thing by you but up here in Alexandria we've got a bunch of pollo a la brasa places around and they're all pretty darn good and all taste relatively similar. The few recipes I've found online I have tried and they don't taste anything like the various places up here.

I got myself a spit for my grill, specifically to try and make this stuff but my few attempts have not come out quite right.
