Understood, but do you penalize the workers? That's my point.


Service industries use mostly local employees, and food is something that is more and more sourced locally. (to improve freshness and reduce transportation costs) It may be a franchise, but the area depends on them a great deal when it comes to employment and the economy.

It isn't the same as the Walmart / Uncle Bob's Hardware argument, IMHO.
