I would argue, DC at least, there are lots of museums, free concerts etc. that you really should go to the mall say once a quarter.

I'm not going to get into a habit, I wouldn't have gone except I look at the tour dates for one of the bands, not the other way around. But for me at least, it's a slightly different world, Beginning of the NE cities. DC area where I grew up is not a normal city, This is.
