Question about the Thai cave rescue

It seems they're sticking to a schedule that is more or less tied to day light local time. Isn't it always "night" in the cave...i.e., why would they work only during daylight hours? I understand the need for the divers to rest and "reload" O2 tanks, but aren't their like 50 highly skill divers there now? I can only conclude it must be due to one of the following:

1) There is no real rush...tomorrow will be fine. Or the next day, no biggie; or,

2) They're good union divers and punch out every day sharply at 7 like Ralph and Sam?
