No big deal, or future psycho killer?

Every year my sister and her husband throw a 4th of July party, with the date usually on the closest weekend. This year, with the 4th on a Wednesday the party was just this past Saturday.

There was a little boy there, maybe 4 or 5 years old, running around in a fake "Jason" (from Friday the 13th) hockey mask (made of heavy paper and decorated) and carrying a fake butcher's knife (Similar heavy paper, foil wrapped for the blade). He's running around having a blast rushing at his relatives with fake stabbing motions, and also laughing hysterically when someone catches him and tickles him. Kind of a game of chase that's normal for a boy that young.....well, except with the creepy serial killer vibe.

I'm told that his mom is a big horror movie fan and somehow the kid has become obsessed with this character. I do not know if said mom is actually irresponsible enough to have let him watch various "Friday the 13th" movies or not.

Note that this is NOT a backstory, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it become the fodder for one.
