Don’t forget to check the basics that affect your neck, pillows, bed

Height of your office chair, setup of computer and monitor, tv/couch setup and positions for things like eating and reading. Any one of those, or several, can have an impact over time. Be open to changing some of them.

My first suggestion would be the bed and pillows since you spend a good chunk of every day with them. Good luck.
