The threat of “you will not have access to all your favorite team’s


football games” is the simple refrain and works for massive BIG and SEC fan bases. Are they the worst 1-2 games? Yes. But try telling a Ohio state fan to sit out a couple games. They’ll switch to a provider that does. The programming beyond the football (and basketball to a much lesser degree) is a luxury. The need to see all football games is still there.
