It's unlikely Charter will "give up" without a fight....a long and prolonged one if necessary as New York State is a major Charter market. Actually it seems to be a fight about whether 14000 subscribers should be counted as urban, or non-urban. Most likely, it will "settle" with both parties declaring "victory" with minor revisions by both sides. BTW, Altice is NOT the cable company for New York City proper, that's Charter, but Altice does cover most NYC suburbs in northern New Jersey and on Long Island.
