I spoke with a Browns fan in an airport a week ago

and he used to be Browns media and still knows a lot of them....he said that according to them, Mayfield had been outplaying Tyrod all practice long. But he absolutely didn't want Mayfield on the field this season....he wants him to sit and learn.

He showed me a pundit tweet saying Mayfield should be playing now, but he hate that, because playing him now is not a good thing.
