Obviously when you draft him #1, you expect him to be your QB, but man I really wanted Tyrod to shine in Cleveland.

In my perfect world scenario, the Bucs would dump Winston (for whatever he gets himself into next) and pick TT up as a free agent this upcoming offseason.
