sub dollar check out INNV. Growing biotech company selling generics through Amazon and CVS. Still in growth stage so costs are high, but they also keep showing strong consistent growth. Very cheap right now and "could" be a nice hit within the next 6 months. Fast forward 12 months and it would not take much for this to easily have a nice return.

For buy and hold, there are a few in the tech space that are down right now but expected to have a solid second half of the year and 2019 as their new products are rolled out. LITE, ICHR, MU are a few examples of players in the data center or 5G space (both areas are in a tech transition period which has caused the roller coaster for suppliers recently).
