Yup and I do add their numbers to the block list.


However, Verizon's block feature technically doesn't prevent the calls from going to voicemail. I would need to install a third party app for that to happen. Also, I have to go through and delete the "missed" or "rejected" call to keep from a pop-up showing up saying that I missed a call each time I turn my phone back on.
At this point I am debating whether it would be worth it to get a land line again and change my cellphone number or not.
