You and your friends should be about 14 or 15 years older than me.

Are all of them still physically able to do that Cascades hike? I know that when I did it with my kids at age 49, it was still quite doable....but also quite a bit harder than I remembered from when I was 21 or so.

Beautiful hike, but do take that into account.
