Automobile technology is progressing quicker than expected

Received a Honda Civic email (ad), and that car comes with Collision Mitigation Braking, Road Departure Mitigation, Adaptive Cruise Control (with low speed following), and Lane Keeping Assist, standard. My BIL bought a fully loaded Scuby last year with those features, and now the "entry level" Honda is coming with them. It hasn't been that long since the high end luxury cars first started introducing that technology.

Just wow!
