During a kitchen remodel, I chose to bounce in on them unannounced, so


they wouldn't have time to "prep" for my arrival during work hours. I caught one launching a bottle rocket they found in my garage while he was on one of his never stopping smoke breaks...had him removed from the effort and threatened dollars. Also used it to my advantage when there is ultimately a problem between what you expect vs what is delivered...normally resulting in a reduction of final bill.
