HVAC replacement - 11.5k for Heil 2 stage furnace & a/c - too high?

This would be for their second best (versus modulating) gas furnace. It would be their top of line air conditioning unit. Google said to expect $5-8k for replacement with no duct changes. Further reading said $5-6k just for a two stage furnace. But everything seems high these days. I do plan to stay in the house 10+ years so maybe the efficiency would pay off. This quote is from the busiest company in town so don't think it's a "win 1 in 4" quote trying to make quick money. Quote includes removal, connecting to gas hookup, and installing exhaust vent.
