Our house has two systems this one


Has a 2 ton AC (with different SEER ratings shown in the quote).

I can’t imagine that alone would contribute to the huge difference. Are they selling you a much more efficient furnace then the 95% in my quote? The guy told me that my current furnace is probably only 70%, so going to 95% was already a massive improvement (and good enough for a rebate from the local gas company).
