Football brings in the money to pay for all non-revenue sports

You do away with football and you might as well stop doing all athletics. Not only would you not have men's LAX, you wouldn't have soccer, swimming, wrestling, T & F, etc...

You can complain about how many scholarships football has, but at least they carry their weight, and the weight of the rest of the non-revenue programs.

Give me an example of one, just women's sport that would fund it's way, much less the rest of the athletic department with 85 scholarships. You can't use stripping or table dancing...it must be a legitimate sport that would bring in paying fans.
